76E Health submissions
The Chief Health Officer may make a submission about —
the harm or ill‑health caused to people, or any group of people, due to the use of liquor; and
the minimisation of that harm or ill‑health.
The Chief Health Officer may authorise a person in writing to make a submission on behalf of the Chief Health Officer only if the person is —
a medical practitioner who is registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia) in the medical profession; and
employed or engaged in the department principally assisting the Minister in the administration of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911.
