69 Submissions
(1)
A submission is a submission made to the Director about an application.
(2)
The following 3 types of submission may be made —
(a)
objections;
(b)
official submissions;
(c)
general submissions.
(3)
A single submission may, if it meets the definition of both, be both —
(a)
an objection; and
(b)
an official submission.
