37C Register of licensed premises
(1)
The Director may keep a register that contains the following information in respect of licensed premises —
(a)
the name and address of the premises;
(b)
the licence number of the premises;
(c)
the type of licence that applies to the premises;
(d)
the status of the licence that applies to the premises (for example, whether the licence is conditionally granted or suspended);
(e)
the name of the licensee of the premises.
(2)
The Director may make the register available to the public in any way the Director considers appropriate, including by publication on the Department’s website.
