152NG Automatic revocation of short‑term exclusion order if extended exclusion order comes into effect
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if —
(a)
an extended exclusion order comes into effect in respect of a person; and
(b)
the person is subject to a short‑term exclusion order.
(2)
The short‑term exclusion order is revoked and ceases to have effect when the extended exclusion order comes into effect.
