152NP Evidence in support of application for variation or revocation
An application under section 152NO(1) must —
(a)
if the application is for a variation of the extended exclusion order — set out the variation applied for; and
(b)
set out the reasons why the applicant considers the extended exclusion order should be varied or revoked; and
(c)
set out any other information, and be accompanied by any document, that the applicant considers relevant to the application.
