152E Director may make prohibition orders
The Director may dispose of the application —
by making a prohibition order; or
by refusing the application; or
at the request of the Commissioner of Police — by discontinuing the application.
The Director may make a prohibition order that —
prohibits the relevant person from being employed by a licensee at specified licensed premises, licensed premises of a specified class or any licensed premises; or
prohibits the relevant person from entering specified licensed premises, licensed premises of a specified class or any licensed premises.
The Director may make a prohibition order only if satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so after —
having given the relevant person a reasonable opportunity to make submissions or to be heard in relation to the application; and
having regard to —
any information or document provided by the Commissioner of Police in or with the application; and
any information or document provided by the relevant person under paragraph (a).
A prohibition order has effect subject to such terms or conditions as the Director thinks fit and specifies in the order.
