157 Evasion of licence fees or other money: offence
Any person who, by default or neglect, evades or attempts to evade payment of any licence fee or other money under this Act, commits an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $25 000 and treble the amount of any licence fee or other money attempted to be evaded.
