152YO Notice of decision and registration of self‑imposed banned drinker order
(1)
If the Director makes a banned drinker order for a person under section 152YM(1), the Director must —
(a)
give a copy of the order to the person; and
(b)
register the order.
(2)
If the Director decides to refuse a person’s request to make a banned drinker order for the person under section 152YM(2), the Director must give the person written notice of the decision.
