14 Enforcing monetary penalties
(1)
The Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 Part 4 applies to a monetary penalty imposed by the Director under section 64(7)(b) or 99(7) as if the amount of the penalty were a fine.
(2)
However, neither of the following may be issued under that Part in respect of the amount —
(a)
a work and development order;
(b)
a warrant of commitment.
