152YP Revocation of self‑imposed banned drinker order
(1)
A person who is subject to a self‑imposed banned drinker order may ask the Director to revoke the order.
(2)
The request must be in writing.
(3)
As soon as practicable after the request is made, the Director must —
(a)
revoke the banned drinker order; and
(b)
ensure all reasonable steps are taken to give the person written notice that the order is revoked; and
(c)
ensure information about the revocation is entered in the banned drinkers register.
