76F Submissions about club licence applications
An interested person may make a submission about an application relating to a club licence, to the extent relevant to the application, in respect of the following matters —
(a)
the hours during which the sale of liquor should be authorised under the licence;
(b)
the conditions to which the licence should be subject;
(c)
whether an existing condition of the licence should be varied or cancelled;
(d)
the removal of the licence;
(e)
the conduct and management of the club.
