Renewal of manager’s approval

In force

(1)

An approved manager may apply to the Director to renew his or her manager’s approval.

(2)

An application for the renewal of a manager’s approval —

(a)

is to be made in accordance with the regulations; and

(b)

is to be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
