10.9 Arrangements with other government agencies
(1)
The Minister may enter into an arrangement with the head of any government agency, or with a local council, for an employee of the government agency or council to exercise the functions of an authorised officer under this Act.
(2)
An employee of a government agency or local council who exercises the functions of an authorised officer in accordance with the arrangement is taken to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act.
