Exemption from condition compliance

(1)

On the application of the holder of a holding, the Minister may exempt (either permanently or temporarily and to a specified extent) the holder from complying with a condition attaching to a holding or the land to which a holding relates.

(2)

An exemption may be conditional or unconditional.
