3.37 Alteration or cancellation of plan
The Minister may from time to time alter a plan of management adopted under this Division or may cancel the plan.
If a plan of management is cancelled, a new plan of management may be adopted, at the same time or later, in accordance with this Division.
The Minister may direct that a proposed alteration of a plan be prepared and the alteration is to be prepared, referred and adopted as if it were a plan of management.
The plan as altered becomes the plan adopted for the purposes of this Division.
In this section—
alter a plan of management includes omit any provisions of the plan.
