7 Application of Division
(1)
This Division applies in relation to pending Western lands lease purchases.
(2)
A pending Western lands lease purchase is an application to purchase land under a lease granted under the Western Lands Act 1901 if it—
(a)
was made under section 28BB of that Act, and
(b)
has not been finally determined before the repeal of that section (including because the purchase price has not been finalised).
(3)
The provisions of this Division prevail over the provisions of Schedule 4 to the extent of any inconsistency.
