11.17 Offence: refusal or failing to comply with order under Division
A person who refuses or fails to comply with an order under this Division (except an order under section 11.12 or 11.14) is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for a corporation—2,000 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further penalty of 200 penalty units for each day the offence continues, or
(b)
for an individual—1,000 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further penalty of 100 penalty units for each day the offence continues.
