12.1 Responsibility of Minister
(1)
The Minister is responsible for achieving the objects of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may establish advisory committees to give information and make recommendations concerning—
(a)
the development and revision of guidelines for land management, and
(b)
any other matters that may be referred to them by the Minister.
