12.24 Amendment, replacement or revocation of State strategic plans for Crown land
(1)
A State strategic plan for Crown land may be amended or replaced by a subsequent plan prepared and approved in accordance with this Division.
(2)
The Minister may revoke a State strategic plan for Crown land, wholly or in part.
(3)
The amendment or revocation of a State strategic plan for Crown land by the Minister under this section takes effect when notice of the amendment or revocation is published by the Minister or on a later date specified in the notice.
