If the holder of the lease is a company, the holder must provide the Minister with the contact details of the secretary (or, if there is no secretary, the contact details of each of the directors) of the company both when the lease is granted and whenever any of those details change.

The holder of the lease must not transfer the lease to another person unless the holder first provides the contact details of the person to whom the lease is to be transferred. If the transferee is a company, the contact details should be those of the secretary of the company (or, if there is no secretary, those of each of the directors).
