3.40 Publication of plans of management
(1)
A copy of a plan of management in force for dedicated or reserved Crown land must be published on the Department’s website or in any other way directed by the Secretary. A failure to do so does not, however, affect the validity of the plan.
(2)
An applicable Crown land manager of the dedicated or reserved Crown land may also publish a copy on the manager’s own website (if any).
