Dedicated or reserved Crown land to be used for limited purposes

Current

Dedicated or reserved Crown land may be used only for the following purposes—

(a)

the purposes for which it is dedicated or reserved,

(b)

any purpose incidental or ancillary to a purpose for which it is dedicated or reserved,

(c)

any other purposes authorised by or under this Act or another Act.

Note.

Section 3.38 authorises dedicated or reserved Crown land to be used for a purpose specified in a plan of management for the land. See also sections 2.18 and 2.19.
