9.2 Unauthorised use of Crown land
A person must not do any of the following—
reside on Crown land,
erect a structure on Crown land,
graze stock on Crown land,
drive stock on Crown land,
clear, dig up or cultivate Crown land,
interfere with any substance on, in or forming part of Crown land,
deposit or leave any of the following on Crown land except in a place or receptacle provided for the purpose—
any rubbish or litter, refuse, dead animal or other similar matter,
any matter of a kind prescribed by the regulations,
enclose Crown land (except a road or watercourse to which section 5.36 applies).

A person must not cause or permit a contravention of subsection (1).
