20 Application of Division
(1)
This Division sets out conditions that are taken to be included in all Western lands leases.
(2)
However, to the extent that the provisions of this Division are inconsistent with those of a conservation agreement entered into under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, the provisions of this clause do not apply to a lease relating to land subject to that agreement.
