7.3 Alteration or revocation of conditions and purposes
(1)
The Minister may direct that any of the following be altered or revoked (whether conditionally or unconditionally)—
(a)
the conditions attaching to a holding or the land to which a holding relates,
(b)
the purpose of a holding.
(2)
A direction can only be on the application, or with the consent, of the holder of the holding concerned.
