Crown Land Management Act 2016

Orange Show Ground is taken on and from the repeal day to be dedicated Crown land under this Act dedicated for the use and general purposes of the Orange Pastoral and Agricultural Association and Orange City Council is taken to have been appointed as its Crown land manager.

Any land to which section 126 (Provisions applicable to certain showgrounds etc) of the Crown Lands Act 1989 applied is taken on and from the repeal day to be reserved Crown land under this Act reserved for the following purposes—

for use as a showground,

for public recreation or community use.
