3.4 Appointment term
(1)
A Crown land manager is appointed for a term if—
(a)
the term is specified in the Crown land manager’s original appointment instrument, or
(b)
the term is subsequently specified by a notice of the Minister published in the Gazette.
(2)
The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, extend the current term of a Crown land manager’s appointment from time to time.
