Schedule 4Remuneration scale for administrators under the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019
1 Application
This remuneration scale applies to all administration orders where the administrator (being an individual or a body corporate) carries on a business of, or including, the administration of estates, except the scale does not apply to the following—
(a)
State Trustees Limited;
(b)
a trustee company within the meaning of section 601RAA of the Corporations Act;
(c)
an administration order that the Tribunal determines is not subject to this scale.
