113 Radiation analyst's terms and conditions
(1)
A radiation analyst holds office on the terms and conditions specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2)
The Secretary may revoke an appointment at any time.
(3)
A radiation analyst ceases to hold office—
(a)
if the appointment provides for a term of appointment—at the end of the term; or
(b)
as provided for in the terms and conditions specified in the instrument of appointment; or
(c)
if the Secretary revokes his or her appointment under subsection (2).
(4)
A radiation analyst may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the Secretary.
