Annual report

In force

(1)

The Secretary, in respect of each financial year, must publish a report that—

(a)

describes the activities of the Secretary under this Act; and

(b)

includes a summary of all authorities issued, renewed, suspended, cancelled, varied, transferred or surrendered during that year; and

(c)

includes all radiation incidents investigated in that year; and

(d)

includes a summary of all prosecutions for offences against this Act or the regulations commenced in that year; and

(e)

includes any other prescribed matter.

(2)

The report must be published no later than 1 November following that year.
