149 Radiation Amendment Act 2013—transitional provision—commercial tanning units
(1)
On and from the commencement of section 11 of the Radiation Amendment Act 2013, the Secretary must cancel a management licence authorising the conduct of a radiation practice involving a tanning unit.
(2)
On the cancellation of a management licence under subsection (1), the former holder of that licence is entitled to a refund of any amount paid for the licence that is for a period after that cancellation.
