67A Guidelines on evidence as to identity
(1)
The Secretary may prepare guidelines for the purpose of guiding applicants for authorities as to what is required for the purposes of sections 23A, 23B, 23C, 39, 41 and 66.
(2)
Guidelines prepared under subsection (1) must be published in the Government Gazette.
