90M Protection against self‐incrimination
(1)
A natural person to whom an information or document production notice is given may refuse or fail to provide any information specified in the notice if doing so would tend to incriminate the person.
(2)
A natural person to whom an information or document production notice is given may not refuse or fail to produce a document specified in the notice if doing so would tend to incriminate the person.
