115 Tampering with radiation sources sealed by authorised officers
(1)
A person must not open, alter, break or remove any seal placed on a radiation source by an authorised officer unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
- In the case of a natural person, 600 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 3000 penalty units.
(2)
An offence under this section is an indictable offence.
