97 Authorised officers to display identity cards at all times when exercising emergency powers
(1)
An authorised officer must at all times display his or her identity card when exercising a power under an authorisation.
(2)
However, if it is impracticable for an authorised officer to display his or her identity card when exercising a power under an authorisation, the authorised officer need not do so.
