36B Approved assessor must comply with conditions of assessor's approval
(1)
An approved assessor must not knowingly, recklessly or negligently fail to comply with every condition of his or her assessor's approval.
Penalty: 600 penalty units.
Note
The Secretary may impose conditions on an assessor's approval under section 47.
(2)
An offence under this section is an indictable offence.
