136 Disclosure of information to other agencies
The Secretary may disclose information that he or she, or an authorised officer, collects or is given under this Act or the regulations to—

the Health Complaints Commissioner appointed under the Health Complaints Act 2016;

a National Board established under Part 5 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law or the Veterinary Practitioners Board of Victoria established under Part 6 of the Veterinary Practice Act 1997;
the Health Insurance Commission established by section 4 of the Health Insurance Commission Act 1974 of the Commonwealth;

the Environment Protection Authority continued by section 356 of the Environment Protection Act 2017;

the Victorian WorkCover Authority under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013;

Victoria Police;
the Secretary to the Department of Primary Industries;
the Secretary to the Department of Sustainability and Environment;

the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation and other Australian intelligence agencies;
a person or body established under a law of another jurisdiction that has functions or powers that correspond to the functions or powers of the Secretary under this Act or a person or body referred to in paragraphs (a) to (e);
a person or body established under a law of another jurisdiction that has functions or powers relating to radiation safety (other than a person or body referred to in paragraphs (a) to (e) and (h)).
The Secretary may only disclose information in accordance with this section for the purpose of—
fulfilling his or her functions under this Act or the regulations;
assisting a person or body referred to in subsection (1)(a) to (i) to fulfil their functions.
