116 False and misleading information
(1)
A person must not knowingly give the Secretary or an authorised officer information that is false or misleading in a material particular.
- In the case of a natural person, 1200 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 6000 penalty units.
(2)
An offence under this section is an indictable offence.
