94 How may an authorisation be given?
(1)
An authorisation under this Part may be given orally or in writing.
(2)
If the authorisation is given orally, it must be confirmed in writing as soon as reasonably practicable.
(3)
An authorisation must—
(a)
state that it is given under this Part; and
(b)
generally describe the radiation event to which it relates; and
(c)
if the radiation event has occurred, name or describe the place at which the radiation event has occurred; and
(d)
specify the time at which it is given; and
(e)
specify the period of time it is in force.
