37 Who may apply for an authority?
(1)
Any person may apply to the Secretary for—
(a)
a management licence; or
(b)
a facility construction licence.
(2)
Only a natural person may apply to the Secretary for—
(a)
a use licence; or
S. 37(2)(b) amended by No. 59/2013 s. 14(1).
(b)
a tester's approval; or
S. 37(2)(c) inserted by No. 59/2013 s. 14(2).
(c)
an assessor's approval.
