175 Calculation at a proportionate rate for particular employee
(1)
If this chapter provides, for a part-time employee, a quantity or amount (the proportionate amount) to be a proportion of another quantity or amount relating to a full-time employee (the regular amount), the proportionate amount must be worked out as follows—

In subsection (1)—
work hours means the period (in hours and, if necessary, a fraction of an hour) for which the part-time employee is scheduled to work.
