30AA Prescribed credit amount for credit for electricity produced by small photovoltaic generators
(1)
For section 44A(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed credit amount for a qualifying customer for a premises who, before 10 July 2012, lodged with a distribution entity a completed application to connect 1 qualifying generator at the premises to its supply network is $0.44 for each kilowatt hour.
(2)
A qualifying customer mentioned in subsection (1) is a category 1 qualifying customer.
