204A Marine vegetation protected from any harvesting or other harm
(1)
This section applies to any marine vegetation declared by the regulations to be protected marine vegetation.
(2)
A person must not harm any such protected marine vegetation in a protected area.
Maximum penalty—In the case of a corporation, 2,000 penalty units or, in any other case, 1,000 penalty units.
