40P Definitions
In this Division—
commercial fishing authority holder means—
a shareholder in a share management fishery, or
an owner of a fishing business the components of which include an endorsement in a restricted fishery, or
any other person, or class of persons, declared by the regulations to be a commercial fishing authority holder.
commercial fishing determination means a fishing determination that relates to—
commercial fishing authority holders, or
the taking of fish for sale, or
a share management fishery or restricted fishery, or
a method that is used to take fish for sale, or
any other commercial fishing activity for which a licence or authority is required under this Act.
This provision refers to the regulations (declared by the regulations
