230 Advisory groups
The Secretary may establish advisory groups under this Act.
The Secretary may—
determine the number of members to be appointed to an advisory group, and
appoint the members of an advisory group, and
determine the functions of an advisory group.
A person may be appointed as a member of an advisory group only if the Secretary is satisfied that the person has skills and experience that are relevant to the functions of the group.
The Secretary may, subject to the regulations, determine the term of office and procedure of an advisory group.
