40J Revocation of fishing determinations
The TAF Committee must not revoke a fishing determination that it is required to make unless it makes a new fishing determination.
The TAF Committee may revoke a fishing determination made by the Secretary if—
the TAF Committee makes a fishing determination that it is required to make by the regulations or is directed to make by the Minister, and
the TAF Committee’s determination replaces or supersedes a fishing determination made by the Secretary (including any interim fishing determination).
This provision refers to the regulations (the regulations
