220Q Identification of critical habitat
(1)
The Minister is to identify (where this is possible) the critical habitat of each endangered species, population and ecological community and each critically endangered species and ecological community.
(2)
The Minister must consult the Fisheries Scientific Committee about the identification of any such critical habitat and must not make a preliminary identification until the Minister has considered the advice of the Committee on the matter.
