228 Delegation by Secretary
The Secretary may delegate to any authorised person any function of the Secretary under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
The Secretary may subdelegate to any authorised person any function delegated to the Secretary by the Minister if the Secretary is authorised to do so by the Minister.
A delegation or subdelegation under this section must be notified by publication of the instrument of delegation or subdelegation in the Gazette.
In this section, authorised person means a public servant, or any person authorised by the regulations.
