62 Plan prevails over other regulations
(1)
If a provision of the management plan for a fishery (or a provision of a supporting plan adopted by the management plan) is inconsistent with any other regulation under this Act, the management plan prevails.
(2)
However, the management plan does not prevail over a provision of a regulation which is expressed to have effect despite the management plan.
