6G Application of amendments made by Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006
(1)
Section 68(4B), as inserted by the Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006, applies only to endorsements given after the commencement of that subsection.
(2)
The amendment made to section 69(6) by the Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006 applies only to nominations made after the commencement of the amendments.
(3)
The amendment made to section 76(1) by the Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006 does not affect the requirement to pay any management charge that became payable before the commencement of that amendment.
